Are you looking for a shared musical experience that lifts mind and spirit? The Taghkanic Chorale is a non-profit, non-sectarian community choir that allows singers in a wide radius around Yorktown Heights to be part of something that enriches our community and teaches members to optimize their unique voices into one compelling sound.

Rehearsals are held in person on Tuesday nights 7:30 pm to 9:45 pm beginning January 10th, 2023. Masks are optional.

Prospective singers are welcome to try us out with no obligation to join.

Members pay annual dues of $225 and purchase music through the Chorale. Members are also asked to sell $100 in concert tickets or program ads. Auditions are not required, yet the high expectations of Maestro Tramm and your fellow singers ensure productive rehearsals and performances that all can enjoy. Practice CDs and/or website learning aids are generally available, and sectional rehearsals are offered as needed.

While the Chorale's primary reason for being is to make music, there are also opportunities to socialize - including welcome dinners, a Cabaret night, and group fundraising efforts/ performances
